Pros
You get to learn new things(but on your own). Free cab services after 9 PM. Nice Ambience, Flexible timings(depends on project).
Cons
1) HR is the most idiotic department in this company. All they know to do is organize useless events. The HR team is growing daily, and similarly their work is degrading daily. There is no streamlined process for anything. They offload their responsibilities by telling the employees to fill their own appraisal forms. 2) Second problem with this company is the overflow of freshers. Very few projects and overabundance of freshers. And they expect the freshers to learn everything in a span of 1 month so that they can easily replace the experienced people. Highly inefficient training program. The freshers are just slogged for the first month, with almost 0 indepth understanding of a single technology. They have coined a new term for bench i.e growth team, so that people can learn and grow if they have no work. But there is 0 growth for them. All they do is come to office, have breakfast and snacks, watch youtube videos and leave. 3) Many project leads have almost 0 technical knowledge. Overcommitment to the clients without the team's consent is one of their main problems. 4) Another big problem are the Business Analysts(BA). The work that real BA's do in other firms and the work that BA's do here are poles apart. The role of BA in Quantiphi is like a PA(Personal Assistent), whose entire day goes around in setting up meetings and making PPT's. Highly unprofessional, 0 technical knowledge. More than 50% of the BA's are just burning the company's cash. 5) Less compensation for the amount of work they give. A lot of useless deductions from the CTC. 6) Favouritism at its best in this company. If you are good at flattery(chamchagiri), this company is best for you. People here profess about them even though they don't know anything. If you are tired of your life and just want to earn money by sitting at one place, join this company. You will get timely salary, breakfast and snacks.
