No respect for employees in some teams - Anonymous employee Quantiphi Employee Review

Too much politics in the company, upper level management is the worst. Too much favouritism and bias exists in this company. If you have to make any progress you'll have to be a teacher's pet and do whatever the boss says without any respect to your opinions(have been explicitly told by the manager).The organisation doesn't respect freshers and treat them like they've been bought off(at least in some teams).They don't respect the efforts you'll be putting in, with the enforced expectations of working more than 16 hours a day and even putting in weekends and public holidays to work. HR department just doesn't care enough and just puts a blindfold on whatever feedback has been provided to them regarding the managers. The compensation is very low as compared to industry standards and the quality of work of a Business Analyst is abysmal. BA's are only supposed to schedule meetings, create decks and make changes to these decks. There is no practical and hands on analysis work that actually fits into the description of Business Analyst. They hire crapload of people and their retention rate is really less.
