Good for new tools, but management is terrible - Machine Learning Engineer Quantiphi Employee Review

The management is not at transparent of what goes in the company, the account managers are merely sales folks and don't care about treating their equals or CEMs/ TLs well, some AMs don't even know how to grow an account or what it takes to do delivery and want things how they see it and don't give any freedom to grow. All technical folks are in a silo - working on a need basis - there is literally no one available from the management to bounce ideas off.
