      Pros

      1) It works on cutting edge technologies, So you will get lots of learning in less span of time. 2) young folks to work with and most of them are very supportive. 3) Lots of fun activities to keep you engaged with company cultures. 4) Free Breakfast, Snacks. 5) Good hikes compared to other organisations.

      Cons

      1) If you are someone who wants a peaceful life with good work life balance, Quantiphi is not the right place. 2) Work life imbalance. 3) Strict Deadlines which will push you towards overwork most of the time. 4) Less Leaves compared to other organisations.
