1. Although working hours is flexible, however, there will be too much pressure in projects due to the lack of experienced leadership and team management. Only after working here, I realized how much important these two qualities are. 2. No Work-Life balance as they will expect you to work like a robot and what hurts more is that your team lead will enjoy but the subordinates will work like hell. What is more discouraging is the lack of clarity in requirements from clients. As I said earlier, they don't have experienced leaders and managers who can give useful insight to the clients so that the requirements become clear. Many people are struggling because of this single reason --> Lack of Clarity in Requirements. 3. Salary is not that good so people generally leave even before completing 1 year. 4. The other problem the employees face here is not getting a good project. There are more POC like projects compared to the actual projects. They have only one big client currently, but other than that nothing. Many clients have even left the company because of the bad service provided.
