      - Good annual hikes - Quality of work is usually good - Supportive culture. Employees feel heard. - Company is growing and slowly benefits are getting better

      Cons

      - Work life balance is really bad - Number of meetings are way too much. There is hardly any time left for actual work - Quality of hiring is pretty poor
