Pros
The only positive was that the 401K was matched dollar for dollar.
Cons
Employees are treated as though they are commodities & not human beings. The company has no interest in the employee's personal life. It is all about what can be done for the company (What have you done for me lately?). From a previous post & very true: "This mentality and culture are passed down from the management to the rest of the employees in the form of unrealistic time tables, over promised projects, and a non-existent work / life balance." The vacation allotment was one of the worst provided by an employer (1 week of vacation after 1 year of service; 2 weeks after 2 years; 3 weeks after 10 years). Salaried employees are "the property of the company" & expected to work 50-60 hour work weeks with no compensatory time off or additional pay. The environment is worse than the cancer that affects Mr. Corman himself.
