Small in size which provides opportunites to excel quickly with the right attitude. They do a personality test because they want to hire the right canidate the first time. Strong support in the local community and other communities. Hardwork and dedication doesn't go unnoticed it does get rewarded! They truely do live the vision of putting customers and employees first. If they didn't their expectations wouldn't be so high. Anyone who owned their own business should have the same expectations. But sadly most companies don't which is why some much business goes to other countries now days. Anyone you talk to who knows about R.J. Corman has nothing but positive things to say about the company and the respect for what Mr. Corman brings to the state of Kentucky.
