Pros

The company provided free lunch to it's Nicholasville, KY employees along with free use of the exercise facilities. It is an attractive campus & the IT personnel seemed to be able to provide up to date equipment & software.

Cons

I take the title from another person's quote, "The work environment at this company is a bigger cancer that what Mr. Corman faced & ultimately passed away from"! This is the ultimate "Payton Place". Romantic affairs popped up more than on any TV show you've ever seen (existing corporate officer with an existing manager, etc.). You are not treated as a human being with a life outside of work. Their unspoken motto is "What you done for me lately"? Your life is not your own & you are expected to work 24/7/265 whether you are salaried or hourly. The vacation allotment is poor along with the sick leave policy (no sick leave allotment). The travel allotment was also very meager. It is a hostile environment & a place where most everyone is treated as if they did not matter. The salary I received was what I would say was a "fair market value" at the time, but no amount of money is worth the price of employment here.
