Pros
Schedule in San Antonio is good most of the time Monday-Friday 8 hours a day when fully staffed and the plant isn’t behind. Physically not very hard most days.
Cons
Very low pay for a “railroad” and expensive benefits. If you’re short staffed or the plant is behind plan on working every Saturday and some Sundays. Management will do absolutely nothing about raises or to even raise starting wages so they can actually find people that want to work here. Then have the audacity to want you to take on more responsibilities.
