      Over all environment of RES GROUP was professional, worked in submission & in completion drawings from start till end

      Cons

      management of res group was totally poor, they haven't any future planning to grow company in rhythm

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
