      Pros

      The people really care about the company and their work. There is a great community feeling! They have really improved the level of empowerment in the company and you feel like you are making a solid contribution to the energy industry.

      Cons

      There had been a lot of restructuring in the last 2-3 years which has meant a fair bit of disruption and at some times it has been very hard.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
