      Great Benefits and Great people. Within certain departments, there is a lot of emphasis on growth and employee development.

      Cons

      Company is struggling with processes and competitiveness in Construction but a lot of these issues are actively being addressed.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
