      Travel away from home whilst in Construction team Some of the systems used were clunky and not particularly user friendly Over reliance on paperwork

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
