      Pros

      Good company benefits - health, dental, & vision insurance Comparable accrual of paid time off Access to proper tools and resources to perform work. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of established company workflows and policies. - Everything is customized or created from scratch. This leads to employees not being able to work efficiently or too much. Payroll and HR errors or mistakes during hiring on process. Many things were over promised and/or under delivered in job expectations.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
