Pros

Free truck. Per diem. Some great people. Drew Givens, Bryce Glass, Stephen Dominguez and others all deserve praise.

Cons

Toxic work culture and no overtime. Salaried employees get taken advantage of. If you don't stay 12 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on Saturday, you're lazy. Nepotism runs rampant. If you have the right last name you can get away with harassing other employees. As a field engineer, your bosses will take credit for your work in front of clients. You never have time to actually work in the field because there's pointless meetings every 5 minutes that do nothing but waste everyone's time. IT is rude and incompetent

Pros

The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

Cons

Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
