      Pros

      pockets of greatness exist within a small amount of people still left.

      Cons

      new executive leadership is two faced and should not be trusted. they seem to be single handedly dismantling what was once great.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
