Pros

Enjoyed the challenge and appreciated the level of freedom to explore new work tasks and learn new skills. Infectious fun culture and great to work towards something that will change the world in the future.

Cons

At times the lack of structured management was tough to navigate which is to be expected as I joined early and it is a young company. Can be tough to keep up with pace and demands as things move very fast. Have to work very hard.

good starting point to get into retail.

Cons

managers/supervisors need to be kept in check. my managers would misuse their power to always talk down to us, were rude, and expected us to do EVERYTHING. I was a sales associate + cashier. it was my first job in retail. and they kept comparing me to the lead cashier who had been working there for years. i don't think it's fair to compare a newbie to the lead or even manager. the company should also raise the hourly pay for what we have to deal with from management and customers.
