Our Inside Sales team, with whom you previously worked, is a very fast-paced department and we recognize that it may not be the best environment or fit for everyone.
Each and every client is very important to us, and we must be available to assist them in a timely manner when they contact us to book a vacation, ask questions, or resolve a complaint. Our clients are the cornerstone of our business. For that reason, it is essential that we coordinate with our staff to ensure that breaks and lunches are taken accordingly. If you’ve ever had a customer experience where no one was available to assist you, I’m sure you can appreciate what we hope to avoid.
It also appears that you may have misinterpreted the pay structure and compensation for your sales, so I would just like to clarify this. Every month, agents are paid commission in addition to their basic pay. In fact, most agents collect about two-thirds of all commissions during the course of the year with the remainder paid at the end. Each month, exceptional sales agents are also eligible for kickers above their basic commissions.
