-Pay, as in every job, seems like it’s not enough, but can’t complain based on other benefits and opportunities.
-a lot of people leave before they get to experience the best benefit we have (fam trip).need to do a better job preventing that.
-A lot of toxic people come through and stay for a little.., stay for a while.. and it ends up not being helpful for either parties when those people part ways with company.
