Beyond our comprehensive six-week paid training program, our account executives receive continuous feedback and training to maximize their success in the company. We have a well-structured support system in place for our account executives and frequently use “ride-alongs” and other techniques to ensure live training and coaching while on the phones. We do not cold call – all our outbound calls are from customers or travel advisors who have requested a quote or information prior. Considering our important relationship with travel agents, we want to ensure that they can meet their clients’ needs effectively and easily with our fully customizable and unique rail vacation packages.
