Pros
Kind and helpful colleagues. Good software. Leading tech companies are clients.
Cons
Employees are poorly trained. There is very little shadowing or opportunity for a learning curve. Instead, as a new hire, your manager will send you through self-paced and poorly designed asynchronous learning modules, and then shortly afterwards assign you a client load that you will not be able to handle without working most nights and weekends. Work-life balance is non existent and pay doesn’t even come close to compensating you for the hours and stress you will put in and be under for this role. Lack of resources and support, and unwillingness of management to hear any feedback. Managers will say they care and that feedback is a gift, but any ideas shared for organizational improvement are ignored and you will be gaslit as an employee.
