New leadership team has not been fully transparent with their "re-alignment" plans/goals. False assurances given to employees who were then later terminated. They were transparent in saying from the start that they "had people" they wanted to bring into the organization - so great employees who supported the new leadership are being terminated to make room for "their people". While new leadership was definitely needed, the new leadership in place now is creating a toxic work environment. This is only going to lead to more terminations of great employees, coaching out of employees or a mass exodus of great employees who want to be part of an organization where they feel valued - unfortunately, RF is no longer organization who values their employees.

When I worked for this company, the mantra was essentially, take care of your people and they will take care of you. That started to change in recent years. In my last year at this company, it was far from enjoyable. Management and executive leadership was opaque at best with transparency used only insofar as it was useful. It became a company where ideas or even requests for assistance from overworked resources were not handled well and usually resulted in responses in the vein of "You'll have to make do." Working in several roles, there is an expectation to be available 24/7 for issues that arise or to assist. This is all in despite of claims of a good work life balance. Career progression is a nonstarter in most cases, despite claims otherwise. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. There are better places to work.
