Pros
RainFocus stands far, far apart from the average tech company. There's serious teamwork in every aspect of the company, with everyone sharing the same goal of doing what's best. I've never felt siloed or alone in my position, and I always have someone to bounce ideas off, whether that be in my immediate scrum team, my design team, the VPs, or anyone in the company. Everyone has pride and passion in their work. They are super talented, give helpful feedback, and are great at working through problems together. The benefits are amazing! Super competitive salary, lots of paid vacation and holidays, multiple heavily subsidized heathcare plans to choose from, 401k, and more! It's fun to be part of a company that is growing exponentially and has a super bright future!
Cons
Since we are disrupting an entire industry (for the better!), there are some inherent challenges to work through, which includes showing the industry that there is a better way to do things. However, as we quickly grow our teams, we will have more resources to explore even better ways! The office space is a little dated and tight, but we are going to be moving to an awesome new building soon!
