This company has really hit their stride. We are seeing great results in terms of customer retention, growth, and Customer sentiment. The CCO, and the rest of the leadership team are excellent.

Cons

The event space moves fast. It is so fun to work with so many huge names.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, yearly travel bonus, tuition reimbursement, remote work, lots of great and smart co-workers.

Cons

Pay is lacking, no performance bonus, no equity/stock, expected to work above one level above your title (e.g. you can be a mid level but expected to work as a senior, slow to promote for those who go the extra mile.
