They are constantly “restructuring” and they hire people with no event experience as managers. They hire people and turn around let them go because they are “growing”

Unlimited PTO, yearly travel bonus, tuition reimbursement, remote work, lots of great and smart co-workers.

Cons

Pay is lacking, no performance bonus, no equity/stock, expected to work above one level above your title (e.g. you can be a mid level but expected to work as a senior, slow to promote for those who go the extra mile.
