- Remote Work - Cool Events - Travel - Decent Pay... that's it

Cons

- No one knows what they are doing - EXTREMELY MESSY: Emails get sent back and forth and lots of work does not get done - Working with some of the PMs is a nightmare, they barely know anything going on. - Everyone (and yes, i mean EVERYONE) has that "mY pr0j3ct iS tHe m0sT iMp0rtaNt th!Ng rigHt n0w tH@n whaT y0u'R3 w0rKinG 0n" kind of attitude, its bad. - Everyone is out of the know about everything - If you did not go to BYU - you probably will not fit in, no culture at all. - Management is not good - No one around if you need any help - Communication does not exist at this company

Unlimited PTO, yearly travel bonus, tuition reimbursement, remote work, lots of great and smart co-workers.

Cons

Pay is lacking, no performance bonus, no equity/stock, expected to work above one level above your title (e.g. you can be a mid level but expected to work as a senior, slow to promote for those who go the extra mile.
