The people I have worked with have been mostly phenomenal.

As the company grows, the amount of admin work has grown, and frankly the pay feels a bit low on the client success side of things.

Unlimited PTO, yearly travel bonus, tuition reimbursement, remote work, lots of great and smart co-workers.

Cons

Pay is lacking, no performance bonus, no equity/stock, expected to work above one level above your title (e.g. you can be a mid level but expected to work as a senior, slow to promote for those who go the extra mile.
