Leadership continually proved to be incompetent, unaware, and actively make decisions that went against employee feedback. Leaders say they're listening but their actions go against that. Promotions don't come as they're earned; you won't get promoted if you're less tenured than teammates, regardless of performance. Workload doesn't match up with compensation and team feedback; more work is added, pay increase is minuscule, and leadership expects employees to adapt without adding headcount (chances are you'll be drowning without care from leaders)
