      Pros

      Great mission The kids seem to get a lot out of the program Good professional development opportunities in terms of workshop stipends, conferences, etc.

      Cons

      This organization relies too heavily on AmeriCorps volunteers and does not treat them with respect. AC turnover is difficult for the partner schools.
