Cons
At-Will employment translates to abuse of the term. Leadership and Human Resources lack integrity. New managers, at least in the accounting services department, are not supervised and have the power to get even senior accountants fired with no back up for "performance issues" that do not exist. No verbal warnings of "performance issues" before firing. Inconsistency, at least in the accounting services department, in Standard Operating Procedures. Do not pay out PTO that is earned at termination.
