I have been working for RealManage for over a decade. The leadership teams have instilled a true family feel at both the corporate and individual market levels. There are multiple layers of support for everyone and top leadership always has their door(s) open to each and every employee that has any concern or idea they want to discuss / share. I have personally experienced leadership at both local and corporate levels reaching out to me repeatedly to make sure I have everything I need to do my job and, much more importantly to me, they reach out just to check in, to see how I am doing. That kind of family feel for the employees is pervasive across all of our different markets thanks to our CEO and President. Then there is the software platform - best in the industry, hands down. I highly recommend RealManage as the next place of employment for any serious minded property professional.
