They have the highest turnover I have ever heard of.... they need to offer better training for those in the field, or maybe the properties they manage are actually really terrible hence why they have such a huge influx of service calls daily. Anyone that is not in the c-suite, most likely will not have anything great to say about this company, They have a nationwide staff of over 1000... with a I.T support team of two. The turnover is so high that the IT infrastructure is not anywhere near sufficient to support a company like this.... Management is incestual. Training for new hires is not sub par, at best.
