Pros

Good benefits and time off. Coworkers are great and helpful.

Cons

Terrible department directors. The majority of the directors are micro managers that call meetings after meetings for opinions on how to move forward only to continue with what they want to do. There is a lot of favoritism towards employees and their work load, while other employees are loaded down with work and treated terribly.

Pros

Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Culture changed so much in the past two years since Dr. Watson took over that it isn’t the same place. New hires are incompetent and can’t support the districts. Micromanagement to an extreme.
