Pros
Hours of operation provide excellent work-life balance. Work ethic and individual results do not go unnoticed. Lateral and upward movement capabilities/potential. Company's benefits are very generous (holiday hours and sick time allotted). Training sessions provide valuable knowledge and tangible resources to utilize and implement for improvement. Most valuable resource are your fellow employees
Cons
"Competitive salary". Inconsistent standard operating procedures. Skills and knowledge acquired and developed through years of service seems to be 2nd when compared to hiring based on experience acquired in a similar job field, resulting in an increased workload for seasoned employees. "Coachings" rarely result in positive and obvious permanent changes. Varying goals and requirements between locations, without consistent communication/reasoning from top to bottom management.
