Pros

Training - Depending which departments you work, your manager may or may not give you any chances for training. I had worked for 2 different groups and was always given opportunity to try out various training programs. The training classes were either in another city, in the same city or you will do the training class from home.

Cons

Communication - Being a very large organization, getting the information to pass to various IT departments caused a lot of headaches between various IT groups. If these various groups could learn to communicate and understand each other better, some things can be run more smoothly and less obstacles since as an organization we all have the same goals to make this company very profitable and make sure all of the employees are happy and content to work at this place.

Pros

HR is easily accessible. Some managers may be on your behind about work even though there are easier methods. Some managers with criticize you in front of other employees.

Cons

We have to use five of our vacation days consecutively so they can audit us. We aren’t assigned Saturday shifts close to our home, so some people have to drive farther for 3 hours of work (no mileage). Managers are hit or miss. PE can be affected by location, so try to get a good location.

Pros

- Relaxed environment - Friendly and helpful coworkers - Plenty of meaningful work to go around

Cons

It’s a bigger bank. Tons of bureaucracy, middle managers, and old, worn out systems. Can feel tough to move within the company, and projects move very slow because the systems are so large and complex.
