Pros
Bank holidays and work-life balance, you do some meaningful work sometimes, good 401k and benefits. Positive culture from management. Lots of “sick” days
Cons
Lack of training, low pay, quarterly bonuses are tilted to certain branches and markets, you have to be pushy with sales to bonus, and the reward is rarely worth the effort. High turnover means veteran employees take on more responsibility without reward. Annual raise is not very competitive, so it incentives people to leave for competitors, then apply for the position/negotiate their pay when they come back a year later. Not many vacation days your first few years with company.
