Pros

Hire fast, diversity and inclusion

Cons

Where do I start, training is joke. After OJT you’re pretty much down hill from there. Training for department is a nightmare. I was pushing sales before I knew how to open an account or the products. I got denied a bathroom break. I was told I needed a doctor excuse to use the bathroom before my break. They scheduled your lunches and breaks!! If you don’t take them on time you will be performance managed. This is the kicker so you have to take calls to the last minute of your break but you may end up on a long call and get stuck. Calls are timed. They want you off the phone with the customer within 5 mins. You can’t get any help from chat support. Everytime I had a question I was told to refer to KRIS which is a joke. Nothing make sense in there. It’s not even worded correctly. I literally ran out of there month 2. I ended up with a bad UTI and on heavy anxiety medication. When I got home that night all I could do was cry because you can’t treat people that way. Please if you’re considering this role be careful. I am an experienced banker and that was inhumane how they do the contact center. You should be ashamed of yourself region’s bank

Pros

Dedicated coworkers and supportive team members in my department. Great team and manager to work with and to be on. It’s been a good experience in banking operations and compliance.

Cons

Return to work expectations aren’t the same for everyone. Hard to understand where work-life balance fits in after years of successfully remote work. Now it feels like employee concerns are heard but not always considered and this change to come will impact routines, responsibilities, plus much more that many employees have built over the years.
