      There are a few good people in the company

      Cons

      Still operates like it did 100 years, when it started. Senior leadership is completely old school and outdated, and get frustrated when company performance is not good, but they don’t want change.

      Great place to work! Room for advancement, sufficient training, great people and great management!

      Vacation does not roll over or have the option to get paid for it.
