Pros

It you are not afraid to bargain you can get a decent salary, but as always: write them down in your agreement, or they will forget as soon as possible.

Cons

As said they will ask you overtime to achive some goals for improving "your" professional growth, while at the end is just to keep their gold microsoft partnership.

Big network, small teams – Reply's global resources with a close-knit day-to-day feel. Room to grow – You can take ownership early and learn a lot fast.

Mine was a short period, so there wasn't that much to complain about
