Pros

Project stability (contract structure rather than consulting structure) Fun work events Kind people

Cons

The pay is not competitive; raises barely account for inflation Management is not supportive of working from home Onboarding is slow and low-quality Resources are put where they’re needed, and management doesn’t always consider individual career goals Internal communications are infrequent Antiquated processes Management is spread thin and there is little room for mentorship

Dear former colleague, thank you for sharing your experience on Glassdoor, your feedback is much appreciated. We prioritize meritocracy and achievements, this is why individual career growth is a company matter, that each Replyer builds together with his manager on a daily basis, with defined, compulsory annual appraisals. We’re working hard on improving all aspects of project stability and management. We wish you the best in your future career.

Big network, small teams – Reply's global resources with a close-knit day-to-day feel. Room to grow – You can take ownership early and learn a lot fast.

Cons
