Cons

During my interview experience, I encountered several unprofessional behaviors from the HR department: Lack of communication: There was minimal to no follow-up from HR throughout the process. Tardiness: The interview started late, with no prior notice or explanation provided. Ghosting: Even after following up and requesting an update, I received no response or acknowledgment.

Great tech – Real hands-on IoT and Industry 4.0 work, not just buzzwords. Varied clients – Different industries and projects, so it never gets stale. Big network, small teams – Reply's global resources with a close-knit day-to-day feel. Room to grow – You can take ownership early and learn a lot fast.

Mine was a short period, so there wasn't that much to complain about
