free food and the occasional events like the picnic were alright. The only thing I truly miss is the insurance (Blue Cross Blue Sheild)

Cons

HR is a joke, and so is most of the management. There are many pedophiles and convicts that work in production. If working in the office, beware of favoritism, passive aggressiveness, and lack of communication. Training is on the job. They do not promote within very fairly and raises are barely anything.
