Pros

Started in January and I like it so far! Everyone is respectful and willing to help when needed. I love how this company recognizes good employees and keeps us all in the loop as far as performance and target goals.

Cons

Lots of work but nothing unmanageable.

Pros

I suppose the pay is decent.

Cons

Thrown into a corporate desktop imaging role without any documentation of past processes, With software that did not support the OS requested and on hardware that consisted of a server built from a manufactured in 2012 that did not support virtualization and was not licensed. Once time was taken to sort the details out and learn on the fly, adjust, accept critique, make a change to an entirely different distribution (which involved rebuilding entire desktop image from scratch as well as pass HIPAA limitations) was told that this custom Windows 11 imaging job was simple, That many real world obstacles did not exist, Went on to prove to leadership how this was not the case. Was quite literally hazed by two members of management in tag-team fashion. It was clear that they were both uninformed, unprofessional and had no business offering their opinions on the matter. More than one colleague entrusted by leadership confirmed these untruths as well as the level of difficulty involved in this process. Against all odds completed the project with break-neck speed in under three weeks. This won no merits and thus received zero apologies or appreciation for work performed, No consideration for further employment. Quite literally "giving your all" means nothing to IT execs at Revecore.

We're genuinely sorry to read about this experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to lay it out in detail. Being made to feel hazed or dismissed by management is not the standard we hold ourselves to; we believe in owning outcomes, explaining the "why" behind expectations, and lifting people up for the work they put in. Your advice about setting realistic expectations and taking a hard look at coaching practices is heard, and it's the kind of feedback that prompts real reflection. If you're willing to share more, we would welcome the chance to understand what happened and learn from it — please reach out to us at HR@Revecore.com. We're sorry your time as a contractor ended this way, and we wish you well.
