Pros
-Great (for the most part) co-workers -Good experience working with kids -Fun, not overly difficult -It's easy to create a schedule that works for you if you have another job -Working with kids puts you in a good mood no matter how crazy the company as a whole is
Cons
-Turnover rates are SKY HIGH, you get a new co-worker at least once a month, a new member of upper management comes in at least every 2-3 months. -Upper management has no idea what's really going on in the schools, doesn't give the proper responsibility to the site directors who work there every day. They're also often extremely condescending and rude to the educators. -Curriculum is horrible, and you get little to no training on how to effectively implement it. -Disorganized upper management-they lost ALL my new hire paperwork 3 separate times and as a result I had to pay twice for an expensive TB test I didn't need. They also emailed me asking for my references....when I had been working with the company for over a year, and had (I assume) reviewed my references BEFORE I was hired...right?
