Pros
Easy enough to work with no prior experience.
Cons
This company is so wildly incompetent and deaf to its own workforce that I don't know how much longer it might be around. Corporate went through a staunch acquisition phase where it consumed too many little companies to improve or integrate into their own standard operations that now it's impossible to deliver a reliable core product-- and the remaining customer base knows it, feels it, and will abuse every call center agent for it. The call center is grossly understaffed and they pushed out the entire billing and almost half the technical support staff by demanding we all become sales agents for AT&T products; a move they have been forced to rescind because they actually can't fire anyone over it because there's hardly anyone left to fire. They are also not hiring to replace these positions. Instead, they are hiring more Sales staff after a giant scandal regarding commission payouts caused most of the Sales department to quit. Advancement only happens here with underhanded motives. Positions get created for specific individuals and often times people get hired onto something without the position ever being posted for applications. Most people hire their friends and family into all the higher positions and leave everyone else to suffocate in the toxic call center Tiers 1 and 2. They also fired half of corporate and the CEO stepped down so I don't even think the own company believes in itself.
