Pros

The coffee in the Englewood breakroom is okay. IT teams do a great job.

Cons

The senior leadership team has lots of inner fighting. The acting CFO Mark Meisner has zero vision and struggles with basic logistics and does not show any signs of improvement. Most struggles could be resolved if he was interested in investing in the proper accounting systems and controls for the organization. No succession plans are in place, the company is looking to sell. Overall it's a capital-intensive business with a debt that could fill the Grand Canyon three times. Very much brick and mortar with zero tolerance for executives to work remote and travel is very limited. Very much a boys club where the girls are expected to listen and get to work (very sexist). The boys love the bonus structure. CEO Jim O’Brian brags about buying 200 acres and new cars, while call center agents are on food stamps. Teams are over-taxed and spread very thin also felt very unsupported across seven regions. A lot of time is wasted preparing for weekly operational reviews and making slides perfect. Zero upward movements in career opportunities. All HR issues should be referred to the parent company Hudson. If you choose to work with them, don't expect to ever receive a thank you.

Company provides tools, ppe, and vehichal Per diem when traveling out of town No fuss overtime Great benefits

Management micromanages. Will overwork employees during periods of short staffing. Not a lot of free time you'll have the energy to use outside of work. Staff is transphobic.
