Constant turnover. To many "for profit industry" dropouts. Too much hiring of "friends and family" of current employees, rather than qualified professionals. CEO and team are clueless as to who is actually turning the wheels around here vs. who is simply the pushiest about their compensation and qualifications. Anyone can be fired on the drop of a dime. Too many "executives", not enough worker bees in administrative functions on the 9th floor. Internal customer service and communication are terrible for every support department, mainly because they don't have the resources they need to be successful.
