I had a great interview and a great start with the company. There is a lot of history and great design.

Cons

The owner at the Scottsdale, AZ location is awful. She is rude and very hard to work for. She often will yell for no apparent reason and even treats some clients with a bad attitude. Will fire you on the spot without any real reasoning. DO NOT work for this location!!!!

Pros

Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

Cons

Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
