Aggressive corporate goal structure with a lot of account management bottlenecks- but this is the case everywhere with international importing. It’s tricky- these folk do a good job with logistics management but it’s a challenge to add navigating issues with client deliveries to the daily showroom job. The rest is design and sales of truly remarkable pieces. Albeit some things just were not things that I may have personally procured, the collections is a chameleon of style. 1/2 your job is making sure the clients understand the place they are shopping in is not your average furnishings store and they’re procuring a piece of furniture and functional art and it will require care as such and time to be made. The above ate not really a cons and rather hurdles one should be prepared to navigate if you onboard. it’s more of an unfortunate difficulty for the consumer who is often not open minded enough -or perform as overly self absorbed and/or prefer to be above people who are experts at assisting them. But that’s only about 20% of your clients. The rest are remarkable and interesting and some VIP.
